- If you are not completely satisfied with any product from Family Storehouse we will gladly let you return it within 30 days of purchase and refund your shipping cost if it is in "like new" condition.
- Please enclose a copy of your receipt for shipping and we will refund you credit card that you used at the time of purchase once we receive your product.
- We cannot refund to a different credit card, other than the card used for your original purchase.
- We will happy replace any product that is defective or damage during shipment.
- Please include a copy of your receipt for your purchase and your shipping cost and we will send you a replacement as soon as we receive your defective product.
