Lemon Zest (peel) is an essential ingredient to any good recipe, however we just needed MORE lemon! So we combined a slightly sweetened, crystalized Lemon Juice with Citric Acid (that pucker-punch coating on most super sour candies), giving it that Zing with the Zest.  Of course there is a good amount of pepper, as to be expected, and thus the namePeppery LemonWe also added a goodly amount of Cardamom, which has a slight lemony aftertaste to it, with the robust flavor of Rosemary. Thus, we have created the perfect Lemony blend! This is not just limited to Poultry or Fish. IT is also wonderful on any salad, including a good potato salad, eggs or ANY dish where you want that POP of lemony flavor with the mild heat of black pepper.

 BEST USE FOR FISH AND POULTRY: 

Apply Peppery Lemon seasoning moderately,  rubbing into meat, (about 1 tbsp per lb) then gently rub on light coating of oil, (preferably Olive Oil, however vegetable or Canola Oils will also work). Allow to sit 1 to 2 hours, covered in the refrigerator, before cooking meat. Afterwards, while the portion is cooling down, sprinkle on Peppery Lemon, half as much again,  This boosts and compliments the lemon flavor. 

Also great on Salads and eggs!

Southwest Sizzler

SOUTHWEST SIZZLER - 2.50 oz. ( 70g )

Himalayan Pink Salt 
Garlic                    Ancho Chili 
Dry Mustard          Oregano 
Black Pepper        Onion      
Spanish Paprika   Thyme           
Chipotle                Savory 
Marjoram              Brown Sugar 
Fine ground Colombian Coffee

There are a lot of variations out there for the grill for you to use. But we think ours will change your mind, if not the meat. We combine real ANCHO Chili, Chipotle, and Cumin for that southwest low heat and flavor, and added a good bit of dark brown sugar to help caramelize the meat, without the burn. Add some Himalayan Pink salt to the mix and even Bobby might be proud, we would certainly hope so.

 It’s not too hot, but it is spicy goodness. Perfect for any meat and tailored for that barbecue grill or that smoker you love.

 We have also added another variation on this delicious blend, turning up the heat a couple of levels. Watch for our Southwest Scorcher! For those who like the burn, we have upped the antie to a HU of 90,000! That will put a scorching hot fire on the pit. 

 BEST USE FOR ANY GRILL:

Apply Southwest Sizzler generously, rubbing into meat,  (approx.1-2 tbsp per lb of meat) then gently rub on VERY light coating of Oil (Pref Olive oil, however any fresh oil will work), covering the blend. Allow  to sit 1 to 2 hours before cooking meat. The oil locks in both the flavors and juices as it cooks, creating a tender and juicy portion with amazing Taste! 

While it is cooling, LIGHTLY sprinkle with more Southwest Sizzler to ensure full flavor.

Also apply this to any dish for added depth and flavor. 

Mark's Masterpiece

 MARK'S MASTERPIECE - 3 oz. ( 84g )

 This is the Blend that started it all. Our SEASON ALL, if you wish.

It’s a complex blend of over 21 ingredients, guaranteed to enhance any food. It was created due to the lack of any real depth of flavor enhancement on the market today, even with all of the existing seasonings on the out there. We were looking for a blend that would bring out the best flavors in ALL foods, even the simple items, like hashbrowns, or simple eggs.
