Sprouting Seed Mix

Sprouting Seeds Mix

Sprouting seeds are NOT intended for growing vegetables. Simply sprout the seeds for 2-3 days and eat the sprouts. There is no easier way to get fresh nutrition in your food storage. We created this small pail so you can see how easy and delicious these sprouting seeds are. It's also a lot of fun to grow these seeds in your home.

*Sprouting Seeds are a very nutritious product that we suggest you incorporate into your diet every day.

Contents is a mix of the following seeds
  • Adzuki Beans

Sprouting Guidelines

2-3 Tbsp. of unsprouted seeds will sprout to 1/2 cup (8 Tbsp.) of sprouted seeds.
  1. RINSE, SOAK overnight, THEN RINSE in the morning.
  2. Place seeds in sprouter. Lightly cover in dark place until sprouted. WATER at least TWICE PER DAY allowing drainage and air, which is why we recommend the sprouters pictured here, but even mason jars work!
  3. For the most nutrition let seeds continue to sprout about 2-3 days uncovered (continue watering).
  4.  Enjoy eating them alone or mixed into recipes to boost the nutritional value tremendously. You may store them in the fridge after, which will begin to slow the sprouting process, but we suggest eating them soon for maximum nutrition.
*We purposely do not include grains in our mix because we find they don't sprout well with Legumes. For an increase in calories, it is wonderful to mix ready to eat sprouts with ready to eat grains, meats, and/or salads.
